The KYC Analyst III supports the successful testing, implementation, and production enablement of KYC technology solutions within the business. This role serves as a business subject matter expert (SME) for roles within the designated KYC applications and business processes, acting as a key point of contact between KYC Operations, and Change Management teams. The incumbent supports business testing activities, validates system functionality against business requirements, assists with defect management, and helps ensure operational readiness for technology releases and enhancements. The role provides business expertise related to application functionality, user roles, operational impacts, and process requirements to support the successful adoption of technology solutions. This position plays an important role in ensuring KYC technology solutions align with business needs, regulatory requirements, and operational objectives while supporting stakeholders throughout the software delivery lifecycle. Key target areas of support will be Automation, Making/Outreach, Consequence Management, Quality Assurance Key Responsibilities Business Subject Matter Expertise Provide support and guidance regarding application functionality, business requirements, and user impacts. Maintain knowledge of KYC processes, system capabilities, user roles, and operational dependencies. Testing & Validation Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system testing, production validation testing, and business readiness activities. Develop, maintain, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and validation plans. Document testing results and support the identification, tracking, and resolution of defects. Production Enablement & Release Support Support release readiness and implementation activities for KYC technology solutions. Assist with assessing operational impacts associated with system changes and enhancements. Escalate issues and risks impacting operational readiness as appropriate. Track defect remediation progress and support validation of fixes. Assist with root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
