Associate Engineer, Process Development

Where You'll Make a Difference Collaborate with Process Research Chemists to develop and optimize manufacturing processes that meet project objectives and business timelines. Support process scale-up activities from laboratory to pilot and manufacturing environments. Evaluate manufacturing processes and equipment performance to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, productivity, and product quality. Assist in recommending and implementing equipment modifications or upgrades to support process improvements. Conduct laboratory experiments and process evaluations while ensuring accurate documentation and data analysis. Maintain laboratory equipment in good working condition through routine inspection, calibration, and maintenance activities. Ensure a safe, organized, and compliant laboratory environment by following established safety and quality procedures. Support troubleshooting and technical investigations related to process development and manufacturing operations. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline. Knowledge of chemistry principles and laboratory best practices. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and experimental skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data integrity. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. How Would You Stand Out? Knowledge of reaction engineering, separation engineering, or chemical engineering principles. Hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation such as GC, GC-MS, HPLC, HPLC-MS, and NMR. Experience supporting process development, pilot plant, or manufacturing environments. Familiarity with process scale-up and technology transfer activities.
