Company: Mercer Description: Executive Rewards Research (GDD) – Analyst/Senior Analyst Executive Rewards Research (Global Data Disclosure) Team in Career Delivery Group is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Noida office                                                                           About Executive Rewards Research (Global Data Disclosure) Executive Rewards Research (Global Data Disclosure) team works for Mercer’s Executive Compensation consulting wing. Our Executive Compensation consultants across the world assist our clients in taking informed decisions on compensation benchmarking for their top executives and board of directors. They also design and implement incentive and reward programs for our clients which aligned with business performance In order for our Executive Compensation consultants to provide these advisory services effectively, the ERR team researches compensation-related data from annual reports and other financial documents which are publically available. This data is then used by our consultants for further analysis, benchmarking and advisory to our clients What is in it for you? Com/M. Com/MBA (Non-tech Mandatory)       What makes you stand out?
