Drives corporate insurance operations strategy, overseeing global claims and guiding strategic relationships across product groups, claims providers, and reinsurance partners.

Leads Insurance Services’ operational strategy, ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and effective loss control. Leads claims, operations, and customer support strategy, using claims insights to guide product, underwriting, marketing, and loss control decisions. Partners with senior leadership to enhance global operations and evaluate emerging technologies and opportunities Leads relationships with major customers and business partners. Drives strategic partnerships to enhance capabilities and program performance.

Required: Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan. CRM Strategy Design and Implementation: Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM); ability to design and run CRM applications to acquire, grow and retain profitable customer relationships. Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the organization's industry group, trends, directions, major issues, regulatory considerations, and trendsetters; ability to apply industry knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
