What you’ll do: Responsible for site EHS system management, evaluate and solve all EHS issue, improve and develop all MESH process and rules & deploy Zero Incident Culture within the plant. Responsible for facility equipment working reliable and effectiveness to support production needs in Wuxi. Ensure compliance to EHS and regulatory on facility equipment. Knowledge in 6Sigma and Lean as an advantage. Support production productivity/quality/safety improvement and problem solving, maintain and upgrade machine to support plant operation goals. Ensure site’s operation activities comply with EHS related laws and regulations. Maintain and implement MESH policies and management system including ISO14001,etc. Lead the EHS committee to drive ZERO incident safety culture, execute LSR rules, assess EHS risks related to operation and guide team on mitigation solutions. Responsible for the site BCP update and conduct emergency response plan drill. Manage all aspects of EHS incidents from reporting, investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective & preventive actions, promote ZISC Culture. Manage Security Guide team, and ensure safety of employees and properties. Liaison with EHS & Facility related government functions and Corp functions with strong support. Manage and ensure the site’s facility equipment working reliable and effectiveness for operation Manage facility expense budget, closely monitor & control actual expense within budget. Lead facility projects to support business cost out or safety needs. Lead CI activities/ Kaizen for facilities efficiency and reduce waste. Facility contractors management. Direct and assign maintenance personnel, by establishing priorities and work schedules. Recommend methods for projects and repairs. Develop and supervise plant Preventative Maintenance including lubrication of all equipment. Collocate equipment, tooling, fixture, cutting tools and gauges according to quantity and quality requirements for production. Qualifications: • Bachelor degree or above, majored in environment, health, safety or related engineering discipline (Majored in machine is a plus); • More than 8 years related working experience, at least 3 years management position in multinational company; • Familiar with Chinese EHS & Facility law & regulations; • Knowledge on basic Financials Business processes and Budgeting; • Strong communication/influencing skills; • Must have good command of English, both oral & written; • Ability to interface effectively with all levels within the company as well as organizations outside Eaton; • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and project management skills. • Experience and ability in self-managing, and developing personnel to prepare for advancement. • Demonstrated record of stability and commitment in previous work experience. • Desire to learn new technical knowledge and management approaches. • High personal integrity and strong commitment to ethical behavior.
