We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Urbanism + Planning practice in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will oversee the commercial and operational aspects of projects within the U+P practice, including urban design & planning, landscape and concept architecture, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. You will serve as a key liaison between design teams, stakeholders, and external partners, driving project excellence through strategic planning, efficient resource management, and proactive problem-solving.

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for urban design initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets; track progress against established metrics and KPIs Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, designers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery Manage commercial aspects including contract negotiation, vendor management, and cost control Monitor operational efficiency and implement process improvements to optimize project performance Prepare and present regular status reports, financial forecasts, and risk assessments to senior management and stakeholders Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans as needed Manage stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the project lifecycle Oversee budget allocation and expenditure tracking; ensure financial compliance and accountability Lead and mentor project team members; foster a collaborative and professional work environment Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies specific to Dubai and the UAE Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in urban design, real estate development, or commercial construction Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail Advanced proficiency in financial planning, forecasting, and cost analysis Demonstrated experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex contractual agreements Additional Information At AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
