We are seeking an innovative and customer-obsessed Software Development Manager to lead an engineering team at Amazon Leo. In this role, you'll lead the design and delivery of the systems that power Amazon Leo's products and services, building from the ground up in a fast-moving environment. You'll foster a culture of rapid innovation and quick iteration, where experimentation thrives and teams move fast to deliver high-quality solutions. You'll lead a team of talented engineers building scalable, reliable infrastructure and services that serve millions of customers worldwide.
