Job Title Account Executive Job Description Summary Job Description Job Description - Retail Site Survey Executive Location: Bangalore Department: Retail Services Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Site Survey Executive to support retail expansion across Bangalore. The role involves conducting on-ground site surveys, collecting accurate measurements, evaluating retail spaces, documenting site conditions, and coordinating with brokers, landlords, and internal teams to ensure every potential location is execution-ready. Key Responsibilities ● Conduct physical site surveys for retail stores across high streets, malls, and commercial developments. ● Capture accurate measurements including carpet area, frontage, ceiling height, floor levels, and access points. ● Document site conditions through photographs, videos, and detailed survey reports. ● Assess technical feasibility, including: ○ Power load availability ○ Water supply and drainage ○ HVAC provisions ○ Fire safety requirements ○ Loading/unloading access ○ Signage visibility ● Prepare site survey reports with layouts, observations, risks, and recommendations. ● Coordinate with brokers, landlords, developers, and mall management for site access and information. ● Verify commercial details such as rental expectations, CAM charges, lock-in period, escalation, and possession timelines. ● Maintain an organized database of surveyed properties with Google Maps links, photographs, floor plans, and key commercial details. ● Support the design, project management, and leasing teams during store rollout. ● Conduct competitor mapping and capture market intelligence for assigned micro-markets. ● Submit daily and weekly field activity reports. Desired Skills ● Strong attention to detail and observation skills. ● Ability to accurately measure retail spaces. ● Comfortable using Google Maps, Excel, and mobile documentation tools. ● Good communication and coordination skills. ● Basic understanding of retail store layouts and commercial leasing. ● Ability to work independently in the field. Preferred Qualifications ● 5+ years of experience in retail real estate, commercial leasing, site surveying, architecture, or retail operations. ● Experience conducting retail site recce or commercial property surveys is preferred. ● Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage. ● Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred. ● Willingness to travel extensively across Bangalore.
