Job Description: The Role and Impact We are seeking a senior Supply Chain Procurement Manager to drive organizational excellence in Intel's Foundry Construction and Supply Chain (FCS) organization. In this role, you will lead critical operational processes, collaborate across diverse teams, and support Intel's strategic goals by ensuring alignment and execution of key initiatives. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing cross-functional projects, analyzing business metrics, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Business group Intel Foundry is positioned at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge solutions that enable innovation across industries. As part of the Intel Foundry business group, the procurement team plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and resources that power Intel's advanced manufacturing capabilities. By connecting with key stakeholders, this team supports Intel's mission to deliver world-class products and services to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals and/or people managers to drive operational excellence and achieve procurement objectives. Plan and implement procurement activities to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of materials while balancing supply and demand requirements. Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop procurement strategies that align with organizational goals. Drive the development and implementation of new standards, procedures, and best practices for procurement functions. Collaborate with segment leads to introduce innovative solutions, automate procurement processes, and transform operations. Set clear goals and performance expectations for the team, enabling efficient execution of responsibilities. Apply differentiated performance management practices to inspire and develop team members while ensuring accountability. Manage cross-functional projects and initiatives at local or regional levels to support procurement objectives. Foster a productive and inclusive work environment that aligns with Intel values and encourages collaboration. Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication skills. High emotional intelligence, resourcefulness, and trustworthiness with sensitive information. Outstanding attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain. 12+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years with a Master's degree, or 6+ years with a PhD. Experience in at least two of the following domains: Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, or Human Resources. Experience in business operations tools and techniques for process optimization and KPI tracking.
