This role will serve as a strategic business partner, managing complex executive operations for 2 Directors in Digital Acceleration. This exciting role requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggling multiple critical requests across internal and external stakeholders, all while proactively anticipating needs and driving improvements across the leadership team. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is important. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture. The ability to be flexible and change direction at a moment's notice is critical for success in this role. We work as a global team, dealing with multiple stakeholders across the business and product teams: therefore, it is essential to have the ability to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group. The ideal candidate will drive organizational effectiveness through the development and implementation of scalable processes, programs, and best practices that can be leveraged across the broader EA community. Key job responsibilities Key job responsibilities - Effectively and proactively support Director's with strong collaboration and the ability to partner with the Admin Community on complex calendar management initiatives. - Serve as a business partner ensuring strategic, proactive and thoughtful support of our yearly organizational planning cycles. - Schedule & manage cost-effective travel, both domestic and international - Organize and support recurring staff meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-up. - Manage end-to-end logistics for all-hands and similar meetings. - Drive and own space management initiatives to include management of team space, moves and re-configurations. - Support employee morale (team events, org-wide events, celebrations, etc.). - Create and submit expense reports while managing budget tracking
