We’re looking for an Assistant Accountant III to join our ever evolving Accounting Team and help shape the future of global commerce.
What you'll own
Drive accurate and timely financial reporting by managing key accounting activities that support the integrity of financial records across multiple entities. Strengthen financial transparency and decision-making through detailed reconciliations, variance analysis and proactive resolution of discrepancies. Ensure month-end close activities are completed efficiently and accurately, helping the business meet reporting deadlines and maintain compliance standards. Partner with stakeholders across the organization to improve the quality of financial data, reduce reporting risks and support informed business decisions. Contribute to audit readiness and control effectiveness by maintaining accurate documentation and supporting a strong financial governance framework.
What you'll bring
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and a minimum of 4 years of experience in full-cycle accounting. Proven ability to prepare journal entries, perform balance sheet reconciliations and support month-end close activities with a high degree of accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify discrepancies, evaluate financial data and deliver timely resolutions. Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong stakeholder relationships. Highly organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to manage competing priorities and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. It's a bonus if you have Experience working in multi-entity or group accounting environments. Knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls and internal control frameworks. Experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as Oracle or SAP Financials, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills including PivotTables and VLOOKUP functions.
