For over 30 years, Raytheon operates and maintains the Navy’s three Relocatable Over The Horizon Radars (ROTHR). Each radar consists of a remote transmit and receive site. All radars are operated from the Consolidated Operations Control Center in Chesapeake, Virginia. Each radar is capable of covering over four million square miles across the Caribbean, Eastern Pacific, Central, and South America with all systems manned and operated 24 hours a day. The ROTHR mission is primarily to track and report the movement of aircraft and ships carrying illicit narcotics from South America toward Central America and the United States.

The ROTHR Asset Management (RAM) group provides comprehensive supply chain solutions in support of the operation and maintenance of the ROTHR radar surveillance program servicing our Navy customer – Forces Surveillance Support Center (FSSC) government clients. With a wide range of services including Government Property Management, Production Maintenance, and Equipment Tracking, RAM is dedicated to ensuring excellence in every aspect of the supply chain and asset management process. This commitment ensures the seamless operation of our clients' enterprises across three Radar systems comprised of six radar sites at various locations. As the ROTHR Government Property Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Government Property Manager throughout the full lifecycle of ROTHR Property Management—from acquisition through disposition. In this role, you will assist with Customer and DCMA audits, ensuring strict compliance with all applicable Property Management standards, including requirements related to capital assets and U.S. Government property. You will provide coaching, guidance, and support across all functions and levels within the site organization. Additional responsibilities include establishing unit objectives, developing work plans and schedules, and ensuring that resources and personnel are effectively positioned to meet operational and contractual requirements. Ensure adherence to FAR 52.245-1 Government Property standards, demonstrating regulatory compliance expertise. Lead or support RTX Self Assessments of the 10 Government Property Management Outcomes in FAR 45 and FAR 52.245 1. Supervise site staff, including assigning duties, providing training, conducting evaluations, and offering ongoing coaching.
