Job Description
We’re looking for a Distribution Services Training Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of impactful training programs across our Distribution Services network. In this highly visible role, you'll collaborate with Operations, HR, Learning & Development, and cross-functional partners to create scalable learning solutions that enhance Associate capabilities, drive operational excellence, and support business readiness. Translate business and operational priorities into scalable learning solutions that build Associate capability, support operational excellence, and drive business readiness. Establish and maintain training standards, frameworks, processes, and tools to ensure consistent and effective training delivery across Distribution Centers. Partner with Operations, HR, Learning & Development, and subject matter experts to identify training needs and implement learning solutions. Evaluate program effectiveness using performance metrics and continuously improve training content, delivery methods, and learning outcomes. Oversee training governance, resources, schedules, and materials to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with operational requirements. Stakeholder Partnership & Collaboration Partner with Operations, HR, Learning & Development, and cross-functional teams to align training programs with business objectives and operational priorities. Support onboarding, organizational change, process improvements, system implementations, and operational readiness initiatives through effective training solutions. Provide recommendations on training priorities, delivery strategies, and resource requirements based on business needs and performance insights.
