Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Analyst - Salesforce Development , responsible for designing, implementing and delivering state of the art Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Apttus CLM solutions. The ideal candidate is an individual with customer focused mindset, hands-on technology skills, positive work ethic and a collaborative mindset who is willing to learn and adapt to evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Be a hands-on individual contributor, who can design solutions, code, automate and review the deliverables of other team members. Design and develop Salesforce applications using configuration and custom apex code Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle applying best practices and Agile software development methodologies. Understand and meet business needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, and adherence to development principles and product goal Collaboratively work with various cross-functional teams across the globe.
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science or a related field Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design Great communication skills and an ability to work in a team 3+ years as a Salesforce developer(Core experience in Salesforce) Experience with Digital Experience/Community Pages Experience with Salesforce.com products including: Sales & Service cloud Marketing cloud – Nice to have FSL experience is an added advantage Experience with Salesforce Lightning Migration is added advantage Salesforce.com Admin/Developer Certifications Strong programming skills and expertise in Java/.Net development. Experience with Salesforce Development/Admin skills preferred Experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD pipeline tools is a plus Exposure to practices like TDD/ATDD and test automation is a plus Exposure to healthcare domain is a plus Able to work directly with business clients and IT counterparts who work US hours Agentforce Knowledge and work experience is an added advantage. Additional development skills Hands On experience in Ember will be helpful, Angular development and Frontend App or UI development Good experience in JavaScript, Typescript, jQuery, Node.js, JSON Solid understanding of CSS, HTML, XML Experience in building RESTful services and calling external systems API Services Understanding of Rest API implementation with OData, OAuth, JWT Experience of working with GIT/Bitbucket, Jira Experience in SQL language and database queries Experience working in Agile teams Candidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and Veterans are encouraged to apply.
