Senior Technician Preventive Maintenance (Plating)

Troubleshoot and repair MECO, Water Jet & Chemical dipping equipment issues, identify root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions to achieve equipment downtime KPI targets Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Troubleshoot and repair MECO, Water Jet & Chemical dipping equipment issues, identify root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions to achieve equipment downtime KPI targets Execute scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities and ensure all PM records are accurately completed and updated (e-checklist and SAP) Support continuous improvement and maintenance projects aimed at improving Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), including speed, cost and quality performance Assist with new tool/equipment installation and commissioning as required, including setup support and handover readiness Maintain full compliance with Safety, 5S & Cleanroom protocols and promote a safe and disciplined work environment.

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical/ Electronic/Mechatronics Engineering. Must passed SPM, including subject Maths & English. Minimum 3-5 years workingcexperience in related Seminductor Plating process will be an added advantage. Experience in plating industry will be an advantage.
