We’re looking for a Backbook Sales Executive to join our ever evolving Backbook Sales team and help shape the future of global commerce What you’ll own Proactively   contact existing   customers   to identify and close upsell opportunities   Own the full   sales cycle   from discovery through to close   Deliver   compelling product pitches and proposals   Cross-sell and upsell   payment solutions to maximise account value   Handle inbound   calls   and   convert them into sales opportunities   Build strong relationships while maintaining a   clear focus on revenue generation   Accurately manage pipeline, activity, and sales outcomes in CRM   Stay up to date with products, pricing, and payments industry trends ​ Success is measured on revenue generated, conversion rates, and KPI performance   What you’ll bring 2+   years' experience   in   B2B sales, telesales, or   revenue   growth roles   Proven track record of   hitting or exceeding sales targets   Strong   closing skills, objection handling, and commercial awareness   Confident selling over the phone in a   fast-paced, target-driven environment   Experience in   upselling, cross-selling, or retention sales   highly desirable   Resilient, competitive, and motivated by   earnings and performance   About the team Our inclusive and global teams win together every day.
