Join Market Planning and Network Expansion to help define where we grow, how we win, and how we deliver through disciplined cross-functional execution As a Vice President, Sales Strategy Support Manager in Market Planning and Network Expansion, you will shape market strategy end-to-end—from research and sizing to strategic recommendations, program management, and measurement. You will partner across functions to translate insights into actionable growth strategies and ensure initiatives stay on track across scope, timing, and outcomes. This role reports to the Director of Market Growth Planning Job responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to understand forces shaping priority markets Leverage data and insights to size opportunities, frame growth hypotheses, and identify strategic white space Translate insights into actionable opportunities, defining focus areas, “winning” outcomes, and key trade-offs Convert opportunities into market strategies and tactical plans in partnership with cross-functional teams Program-manage cross-functional initiatives across timing, scope, dependencies, and risks to drive accountability Develop and socialize business cases for new initiatives, including expected impact, resourcing, and measurement plans Measure impact versus forecast, identify what is working, and recommend refinements or scaling path Communicate clearly to senior leaders using structured problem solving and strong storytelling, especially in PowerPoint Required qualifications, capabilities and skills: 7+ years of relevant experience in strategy, market planning, program management, analytics, field sales, or a related discipline Demonstrated strength in program management and leading complex cross-functional workstreams Experience with market sizing, growth framing, and strategic planning, including converting analysis into decisions and action plans Strong data analysis capabilities and comfort working with quantitative and qualitative inputs Proven ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills, especially in PowerPoint, with experience presenting to senior leadership Highly developed structured problem-solving skills and ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous environment Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills: Experience in transformation, value creation, or enterprise initiatives that delivered measurable growth outcomes Process improvement background (operating rhythms, governance, and performance tracking) Risk and controls literacy and comfort partnering with control functions Familiarity with competitive intelligence tools and approaches
