This is the Invention Age - and this is where you come in. General Summary: Responsible to conduct PM / calibration / conversions as defined in the schedule for individual equipment. Responsible to troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues within the scope of responsibility, escalating when necessary. Work on assignments of higher complexity that require sound technical judgment, problem-solving skills, and decision-making. Fan out developed knowledge of the job skills and procedures across all similar equipment to improve performance and standardization.  Guide and train new line technician on equipment maintenance and working procedures.  Responsible for releasing equipment to production after PM, conversion, or repair activities, ensuring the equipment is in good working condition and meets safety and quality requirements. Comply with safety standards set, during machine PM / conversions / repairs / chemical handling. Ensure all conversion, PM, and repair activities are completed in accordance with procedures and buy-off checklists. To comply strictly to settings defined by process parameter specifications & tolerance. Responsible to withdraw spare parts from MPC for machine repairs. Responsible to service/repair tooling/jigs/machine parts timely to maintain the spares availability.

Requirements Diploma in Engineering or equivalent Technical Certificate. 4 years of relevant technical experience. Possesses technical competencies in his field of study. Ability to work independently, be hands-on and expected to dive into technical details as required. Experience with computer systems and proficient with software applications such as MS Power-Point, Excel and Word. Knowledge of electroplating and wet processing equipment is preferred.
