We’re seeking a hands-on Electromechanical Technician to test, service, and repair complex medical devices that integrate electronics, mechanics, and robotic subsystems. If you enjoy bench diagnostics, precision assembly, and collaborative problem-solving in a structured, fast-paced environment, this role is for you. Purpose: In this role, you’re the link between technology and patient safety. You’ll ensure devices used in hospitals and clinics worldwide perform reliably and consistently. You’ll work in a structured yet dynamic setting where quality, precision, and teamwork are paramount. Flexible start times: begin your day between 07:30 and 08:30 - whichever suits you best. As a Medical Device Technician, you will: Perform pre- and post-repair tests on medical devices using defined procedures, fixtures, and test equipment. Troubleshoot electronic, mechanical, and robotic system issues to module level; identify root cause and implement corrective actions. Disassemble and assemble devices with precision, following torque specifications, ESD and safety protocols, and workmanship standards. Accurately document findings, test results, parts usage, and device history in Salesforce and relevant quality/maintenance systems. Manage spare parts: request, track, and reconcile inventory used during repair and preventive maintenance. Adhere to Good Documentation Practices (GDP), EHS/ESD requirements, and applicable quality system procedures.   Qualifications/Requirements: Technical background (e.g., electromechanics, mechanical/electrical engineering, mechatronics, or technician/apprenticeship). Experience with bench diagnostics and repair of electro-mechanical systems. Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and mechanical drawings. Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and reliability in following standardized work. Effective communicator; collaborative and comfortable in a structured, fast-paced setting. Proficiency in English (written and verbal). Dutch is a plus. Experience with Salesforce and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is an advantage. What do we offer you?
