As the Vice President Lending Product Marketing within J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management, you will play a vital role in the conception and delivery of strategic marketing priorities, offers, and content for our lending businesses.
Job responsibilities
Own the lending & mortgage marketing strategies and value propositions for ultra high net worth global clients and prospects, defining a differentiated story that positions lending & mortgage as core to the Private Bank relationship. Partner closely with global mortgage and lending product leadership and marketing leadership to cater our story to a variety of client types and personas. Create content programs, websites, and other marketing deliverables to ensure commercial success. Lead the creation and execution of strategic marketing offers designed to promote net new money onto our platform. Establish an ongoing test-and-learn discipline across offer type, messaging, client segments and channels to drive balances. Innovate using LLM and other AI tools to create more efficient and effective marketing. Work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels, regions, and channels. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: BA or BS degree. 8+ years of marketing experience, in financial services, with a demonstrated track record of success and increasing responsibilities. Knowledge of financial services. Prior experience partnering with a wide variety of stakeholders to meet common objectives. Solid writing/editorial skills and prior experience delivering impactful marketing tactics for print and digital channels. Strong project management skills—able to manage multiple priorities, communicate progress, and effectively track deliverables to completion. Ability to build relationships and influence across a large, matrixed organization. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
