You can expect: Competitive Salary and non-contributory pension 20 days annual leave plus generous number of public holidays Life Assurance and Private Healthcare for you and your family A range of flexible benefits including retail discounts, gym benefits, wellbeing incentives The opportunity to support a wide ranging CSR program plus take volunteering leave days Your Key Responsibilities Lead syndication deals from pitching to execution together with other deal team and coverage and sales within North Asia Financing business Lead pricing for vanilla syndication deals and jointly for structured deals Develop and execute syndication strategy for a broad range of vanilla and bespoke trades, prepare underwriting memo, present syndication strategy in credit approval Independently cover certain institutional clients as junior coverage and business development of new investors. Co-cover banks relationship together with sales Provide real-time market intelligence, investor feedback and liquidity insights to deal teams and coverage bankers to support origination efforts, execution efficiency and risk management Your Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you will have: 6-8 years of experience within an investment bank or financial institution in a role focused on syndication of North Asia transactions Deep understanding of syndicated loan markets, underwriting processes, institutional investor behaviour, capital structure dynamics, and financing products across Asia. Demonstrated experience executing syndicated transactions, including market sounding, lender engagement, bookbuilding and distribution Proven relationship management skills to engage with investors relationship management and development new accounts. Strong communication and presentation skill. Highly motivated, intellectually curious and detail-oriented, with the ability to fast learning various bespoke structured trades. Fluent in English and Chinese Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
