Sodexo's Healthcare Technology Management team at UTMB is seeking an HTM RTLS Specialist to support real-time location system (RTLS) operations across four UTMB campuses: Galveston, League City, Angleton, and Clearlake. This role requires regular travel between sites and strong organizational skills to keep multiple locations running smoothly.

The HTM RTLS Specialist is responsible for the deployment, configuration, validation, and ongoing operational support of Real-Time Location System (RTLS) infrastructure across hospital and clinical environments. This role bridges technical maintenance and management with clinical workflow requirements, ensuring RTLS-dependent applications (including but not limited to asset tracking, hand hygiene compliance monitoring, and staff safety systems) function accurately and reliably in patient care areas The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team. Pay Range: $35.72 - $46.22 What’s in it for you System maintenance and management of RTLS hardware and applications Vendor & stakeholder management (serve as primary point of contact for RTLS system for client and establish relationships with key stakeholders within the organization, as well as manage vendor escalations) Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards reporting KPI compliance metrics, system uptime, and data accuracy What you’ll bring Familiarity with hospital clinical workflows and patient care environments Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, network, and software layers Experience managing vendor relationships and escalations Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and executive audiences Requirements Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Related Experience: 3 years What we offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
