Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence

Strong consulting expertise with the ability to support corporate strategy engagements and drive structured problem-solving. Proficient in people management and resource management to ensure optimal team deployment and delivery alignment. Experienced in bench optimisation and utilisation tracking to improve workforce efficiency and engagement. Skilled in MIS reporting and preparing accurate operational reports for leadership review and decision-making. Effective in coordinating follow-ups with partners and stakeholders to maintain execution discipline and timely closure of actions.
