Specific areas include 2D and 3D graphics, streaming processor, and high-speed IO interface and bus protocols.   In this position, the designer will be responsible for architecture and micro-architecture of integration related IP, RTL design and synthesis, logic and timing verification, and integration of complex IP to form a complete GPU.  Strong communication skills and an ability to work with various technical disciplines such as software, power, and design teams is required. The successful candidate will join a high performing team developing world class GPUs supporting a wide range of applications, from wearables to laptops. Minimum Skills: Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years ASIC design, verification, or related work experience. Strong design experience with background in SoC and/or IP level integration of design blocks RTL expertise (SystemVerilog) with ability to qualify RTL with frontend design tools such as Lint & CDC Experience in Logic design/micro-architecture/RTL coding is a must Strong understanding of multi clock design concepts Experience in functional ECO implementation Experience in Synthesis and understanding of timing concepts for ASICs  Ability to self-direct and multitask amongst various projects Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Strong leadership and communication skills are required when coordinating critical tasks in a team environment   Preferred Skills: 3+ years industry experience in one or more of the following areas: - Familiarity with AMBA protocols - AXI, AHB, APB, clocking/reset/debug architecture Expertise in scripting languages such as Python to improve automation GPU and/or multimedia IP development experience is a plus. Familiarity with low power design Minimum Qualifications: •    Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 6+ years of Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience. OR Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 5+ years of Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience. OR PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.
