As the Medical Director, you will serve as a member of the Pharmaceutical Division Management Team, with responsibility for shaping business strategy alongside other Board members and developing the strategic plan for the Medical Directorate, encompassing Medical Affairs, Clinical Research and Bioequivalence, Medical Information, and Customer Relationship Center functions. You will provide scientific and technical leadership in decision-making and strategic discussions, ensuring alignment with the vision and mission of both the Medical function and the company, as well as with commercial objectives and corporate policies, while striving for excellence in scientific and medical management.

Ensure that all Abbott products comply with Brazilian pharmaceutical regulations from a medical perspective, supporting their continued availability in the market. Be responsible for developing and managing consolidated budgets for the areas under your responsibility. Lead the group of Medical Managers assuring that the Medical Affairs related requirements and processes, are conducted in adherence to the company policies. Approval and supervision of Medical Managers activities related to training plans, promotional materials, events, dossiers and protocols, assuring that they are in accordance to our corporative requirements, current regulations and product strategy. Lead the New Evidence Generation Projects, Digital Initiatives to HCPs, Patients & Users, Medical Information and Sales Force training areas. Management of the Evidence and Data Generation, participating in the initiation, conduction and results analysis of the Scientific-Medical programs and Medical Education activities, focussing these activities in accordance to the divisional strategies and SOPs.
