About the Role
Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists — engagement leaders who serve as the operational backbone, program lead, and business strategist for high-stakes customer migrations and platform modernizations. Operating in an AI-native delivery framework, you own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for fast-paced, high-impact engagements (typically 12 weeks or less) that transition enterprise customers to modern platforms like MC Next, Revenue Cloud, Tableau, and Data Cloud. You're a hybrid of Program Manager, Engagement Lead, and Business Analyst. Rather than managing a schedule from the sidelines, you lead engagement strategy, direct cross-functional delivery pods, run executive governance, and use modern AI tools to accelerate discovery and execution — keeping complex migrations on track and ensuring enterprise customers see value fast.
