Join our Team About this opportunity: We are seeking an experienced CIS Test Architect to define and lead the quality engineering, test automation, performance engineering, and resilience strategy for enterprise-scale distributed systems. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership across the full testing lifecycle, improve automation coverage, strengthen platform resilience, and increase release confidence in high-transaction telecom environments.
What you will do
Define and maintain the overall test strategy, test architecture, and roadmap for CIS solutions. Lead functional, system integration, API, database, and UAT activities. Own test planning, estimation, test management, execution governance, and quality reporting. Design scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Karate, Python, Shell Scripting, and Groovy. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab. Plan and execute load, stress, endurance, scalability, and performance testing. Perform bottleneck analysis across application, database, middleware, infrastructure, and network layers. Lead resilience testing covering failover, recovery, high availability, and disaster recovery. Validate distributed systems, microservices, cloud-native architectures, and Infinispan or similar in-memory data grids. Analyze thread and heap dumps and support JVM performance tuning. Establish monitoring and troubleshooting practices using Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK Stack. Collaborate with development, architecture, DevOps, infrastructure, operations, and customer teams. Support production incident analysis, root-cause investigations, and preventive quality improvements. Contribute to technical presentations, customer discussions, design reviews, and solution assessments. Define quality objectives, track success metrics, mentor test engineers, and promote engineering best practices. Skills you bring Required Qualifications 8–15 years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, test architecture, or performance engineering. 2–5 years of hands-on experience with CIS Solutions is mandatory. Strong experience in test strategy and architecture for enterprise-scale distributed systems. Experience with high-transaction environments, preferably 10,000+ TPS. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Highly available and geographically distributed systems. Cloud-native platforms and containerized deployments. Working in matrix organizations and collaborating across technical teams.
