Commis de Cuisine (m/f/d)

To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a Commis de Cuisine (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible or by agreement

Completed professional culinary training or several years of experience working in a kitchen

Good command of German and English, both written and spoken

Professional demeanor and a strong understanding of hygiene standards

Team-oriented, reliable, and flexible

Strong commitment to quality and sense of responsibility

Support the kitchen team in all areas of kitchen operations, including cooking, food preparation, and mise en place

Consistently comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Demonstrate enthusiasm for expanding your knowledge and learning new culinary techniques

Regularly share feedback and ideas with your supervisors

Work closely with the service team throughout each shift

Help maintain cleanliness and ensure proper upkeep in accordance with HACCP guidelines

Contribute as a true team player, supporting colleagues and assisting wherever needed
