Become a part of the “strength within.” Hexcel is currently seeking an HR Specialist for our Casablanca, Morocco location. The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations: Coordinate and oversee employee transportation services, ensuring reliable, timely, and cost-effective solutions. Manage employee attendance, working hours, leave records, and related data within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Serve as the main HR contact for employees, providing support and guidance on HR-related matters. Handle employee claims, and disciplinary cases, ensuring fair and timely resolution in accordance with company policies and labor regulations. Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection requirements. Prepare, review, and administer employment contracts, amendments, and other employment-related documentation. Monitor contract expiration dates, coordinate renewals, and provide recommendations to management regarding employee employment status. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures across all employee lifecycle activities. Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Provide HR support outside regular working hours, including weekends, night shifts, and public holidays, as required by operational needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on employee relations, time. Proven experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to respect deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Capacity to work effectively under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and HR administration tools. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Candidates must be eligible to work in the country where the position is based.
