Position
Summary The Analyst, Plan Testing is responsible for supporting Commercial plan testing by interpreting client intent behind medical benefit designs and validating that intent through claims-based testing in ACAS. This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills, along with expertise in ACAS and related platforms such as PERS/CCI, to ensure new and revised plans are tested accurately before claim release. Fundamental Components: The Analyst, Plan Testing is responsible for reviewing benefit intent, designing the appropriate test approach, and guiding testers on how to validate Commercial plans in ACAS. Key responsibilities include: Review client benefit intent and translate it into clear testing guidance for plan testers. Design test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios that validate the intended plan behavior. Provide instructions to testers on how to execute plan testing and confirm expected claims outcomes. Research testing issues when results do not align with expected outcomes and determine the appropriate next steps. Log confirmed defects with the appropriate contacts and support resolution through follow-up and clarification. Resolve questions and concerns raised by plan testers throughout the testing process. Continuously review automation opportunities and recommend improvements to strengthen testing efficiency and coverage. Analyze defect trends and adjust test strategies, scenarios, or claims selections as needed.
Required Qualifications
Strong business and organizational knowledge, including 3+ years of experience with the ACAS platform and specific knowledge of medical plan and claims adjudication. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver assignments within projected timelines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education
Associate's degree or equivalent experience. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $21.10 - $49.08 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
