Role Overview: We are looking for a Lead Civil Structural & Architectural Engineer to design and analyze structures that ensure safety, durability, and efficiency. This role focuses on industrial facilities, buildings, and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: Perform structural analysis and design for steel, concrete, and composite structures. Prepare structural drawings, calculations, and specifications. Conduct load assessments, seismic studies, and risk evaluations. Review contractor submissions and provide technical guidance during construction. Ensure compliance with international codes (ACI, AISC, Eurocode, etc.). Develop civil engineering designs for foundations, roads, drainage, and site development. Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with codes and standards. Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget. Perform structural and geotechnical assessments to support safe construction practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master degree in Structural or Civil Engineering. 15+ years of experience in structural design and analysis. Proficiency in structural analysis software (SAP2000, STAAD PRO/STAAD Foundation Advanced SACS, SESAM, .Pro). Strong knowledge of construction materials and design standards. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD) Strong knowledge of local building codes and international standards. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
