The Raytheon Special Programs security team is seeking a self-starter to drive special programs security projects and support Executive Level meetings for the Capabilities Growth Office initiatives, throughout our New England locations. This position requires a strong working knowledge of the Special Programs Security Core Functional Areas such as Security Management, Personnel Security, Accountability, Information Security, Physical Security, Access Control, Transmission, Security Education, Contracting, and Guard Force responsibilities.
What You Will Do
Interface with Raytheon executives to facilitate Special Program Access / SCI meetings, including room opening, setup, and closeout. Perform security functions supporting RTX’s Corporate Special Programs Access Portfolio, including material transport and approval, destruction, training, and visit certifications. Operate and support Video Teleconferencing systems. Lead projects in support of the Special Programs Security Team. Coordinate incoming visits across multiple security classification levels. Manage Shared Use Special Program Access and SCI facilities. Collaborate with cross-functional organizations to enable business objectives. Participate in self-inspections, identifying findings and recommending corrective actions. Support government security compliance inspections. This position may occasionally require extended hours, including weekend work. Travel may also require visiting various sites within the local New England area, with minimal additional travel outside the region (less than 10%). This position is onsite primarily at our Tewksbury, MA location.
Qualifications
You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience. Experience engaging and collaborating with senior leadership to support organizational initiatives. Active and transferable Top Secret clearance level required at time of application. U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain TS/SCI or higher clearance level or program access prior to start date.
Qualifications
We Prefer Project Management experience. Experience with customer Special Program Access security and acquisition
