The Non-Clinical Divert technician is responsible for screening orders, specializing in research, review, and entry of prescription overrides. Basic knowledge and understanding of a pharmacy workflow, efficient using a computer and keyboard, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think globally is key to your success. You will be essential to ensure patients receive their correct prescriptions in a timely manner and directing questionable prescriptions to the prescriber for clarification. We require our pharmacy technicians to think outside the box and get creative! To help support growth and development, technicians may be asked to perform other pharmacy functions as required.  You will be expected to meet specified production and quality standards as defined by the management team. The position is a work from home with training to be completed virtually. Hours vary per state operating hours; shifts are Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays (subject to change). Pharmacy Technician license in compliance with applicable state law where applicant resides. Arizona requires an active state technician license. Florida requires an active state technician license. Idaho requires active state technician license AND national certification Illinois requires active state technician license AND national certification (IL must be marked certified on state Illinois license). Pennsylvania requires an active state technician license. Texas requires an active state technician license AND national certification. Minimum of 6 months related pharmacy technician experience. Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate must reside in the state of Florida, Illinois, Pennsylvania, or Texas. A secure room free from noise and distractions, with a closing door and ergonomic-friendly work area (i.e., desk, chair). Must have your own internet provider that can support the virtual working environment. ​Data Entry Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint) Strong attention to detail while multitasking through various programs. Adept at reading and interpreting prescription terminology and medications. Direct/hardwired internet connection to a modem/router within 10 feet of your computer and a minimum speed of 25 mbs download and 3 mbs upload. Wi-Fi and satellite are not permitted.
