Great opportunity to join our Global Commercial Banking Team! Bank of America's Commercial Real Estate Team is seeking a Commercial Associate to join our team. Bank of America is one of the largest providers of construction, development, and permanent financing to professional developers and investors of real estate including retail, office, industrial, lodging, and multifamily project loans as well as entity level financing solutions. The Global Commercial Bank serves public and private companies with annual revenues of $50 million to $2 billion, primarily in the U.S. and Canada, as well as their international subsidiaries. Commercial Associates will develop foundational skills in financial analysis, client relationship support, and commercial banking operations that Bank of America delivers to our Commercial Banking clients.

This job is responsible for delivering analytical research and data-driven insights to support commercial banking client and prospect needs with banking and product partners. Key responsibilities include developing economic and market insights, industry analysis, pitchbooks, and relationship reviews that inform strategy, and providing support throughout interactions. Job expectations include leveraging data to tell stories, supporting internal idea generation and transaction execution, strengthening client engagement, and observing client interactions to build foundational knowledge.

Supports the analysis of market and industry data to uncover insights for client/prospect meetings, pitch books, and relationship reviews Collaborates with Market Executives, Relationship Managers, and team members across the bank to help prepare client presentations and support client deals Observes and supports the credit approval and treasury solutions processes to build knowledge of products, services, and related approval and packaging requirements Supports the coordination of clients/prospects and partners from product and deal teams throughout the course of a transaction Supports the delivery of new business analytics, monitors client activities, and performs portfolio optimization to identify and expand client relationships while maintaining
