WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Engineering Talent , you'll be one of the behind-the-scenes heroes who keep the W Rome experience running flawlessly. From guest rooms to public spaces, you'll ensure our hotel looks great, feels great and operates at its best every day. You'll respond to guest requests and maintenance needs with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, helping create memorable experiences through exceptional service and attention to detail. Whether troubleshooting equipment, carrying out preventive maintenance, repairing fixtures, supporting sustainability initiatives, or ensuring all facilities are operating efficiently, you'll play a key role in delivering our signature Whatever/Whenever® service. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who is hands-on, curious, and passionate about keeping things running smoothly. You enjoy solving problems, working with a variety of systems and equipment, and collaborating with a diverse team in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment. You should have basic knowledge, or a strong willingness to learn, across areas such as:

Electrical and mechanical systems Air conditioning and refrigeration Plumbing and carpentry Painting and finishing works Kitchen and hotel equipment maintenance Building systems and energy conservation WHY W ROME At W Rome, we don't just maintain a building. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent. Related Work Experience: Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting. Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance a plus. Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
