About this role
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization The Allocator Specialist is responsible for ensuring the right products and quantities are allocated to the right stores at the right time. The role manages inventory deployment across the adidas Indonesia retail network to support product availability, sales performance, and healthy inventory levels. Working closely with Buying, Supply Chain, Retail Operations, and other commercial teams, the Allocator Specialist monitors store-level inventory and trading performance, identifies allocation opportunities and risks, and executes replenishment and stock movements based on business priorities and demand. Key Responsibilities Allocation & Inventory Management
Manage the allocation of products across the retail store network based on sales performance, store capacity, inventory levels, product availability, and commercial priorities. Ensure new products and seasonal launches are allocated to the appropriate stores in line with assortment plans and launch strategies. Monitor store-level stock levels and identify risks related to overstock, understock, and stock imbalances. Execute replenishment activities to maintain healthy stock availability across key stores and channels. Review sales and inventory data regularly to identify opportunities for stock redistribution and reallocation. Support the movement of inventory between stores where necessary to improve overall stock productivity.
Trading & Performance Analysis
Monitor product and store performance to understand sell-through, stock cover, size availability, and inventory productivity. Identify slow-moving and fast-selling products and recommend appropriate allocation or replenishment actions. Analyze sales trends and inventory movements to support timely trading decisions. Highlight potential stock risks and opportunities to relevant stakeholders. Support actions to improve full-price sell-through and reduce aged inventory.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Merchandising to understand seasonal assortment plans, product priorities, and commercial objectives. Partner with Retail Operations and store teams to understand local trading conditions and stock requirements. Coordinate with Supply Chain and Distribution teams to support timely replenishment and inventory deployment. Support alignment between allocation plans and broader inventory, sales, and financial targets.
Reporting & Process Improvement
Prepare regular reports on allocation performance, inventory health, store availability, and key trading indicators. Maintain accuracy of allocation and inventory data within relevant systems. Support the improvement and automation of allocation processes and reporting. Identify recurring operational issues and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency and stock availability.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate sales and inventory data into clear actions. Good understanding of retail trading, inventory management, and product lifecycle. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data. Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and balancing competing business priorities. Proactive and able to identify issues before they significantly impact business performance. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis or reporting tools. Experience with ERP, inventory management, or retail planning systems is preferred. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and commercially driven environment.
Requisite Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Allocation,
