The Technical Data Analyst plays a foundational role in building and maintaining this infrastructure—designing automated pipelines, developing metric frameworks, and creating scalable data assets that improve the reliability and efficiency of operational decision-making. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering and analytics enablement, requiring strong technical fluency and an enablement mindset.

Responsibilities - Design and implement automation solutions to streamline recurring operational tasks and reduce manual effort. - Collaborate with operations, engineering, and platform teams to improve systems integration and data flow between platforms (e.g. workflow tools and databases). - Build, design, and monitor reporting tools that surface key metrics and operational insights. These may include data related to efficiency and quality performance in moderation teams. - Develop and maintain scalable data workflows (e.g. Scheduled SQL queries, Python scripts or RPA bots). - Create and maintain data documentation both for an internal, technical audience and for partner user teams. - Partner with management and/or internal stakeholders to define business requirements and analytical needs and execute against them. - Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve automation, scalability, and data accessibility in operations.
