As a Fab16S (Tainan) Track Equipment Manager, you will… Lead and manage a team of equipment engineers to track, monitor, and drive the installation, modification, upgrade, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment. Ensure equipment performance, reliability, safety, and operational readiness are continuously monitored and improved. Drive accountability for uptime, manufacturing impact resolution, and execution of improvement programs through AI-driven analytics, automation, and performance tracking systems . Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and maintenance organizations to ensure timely issue resolution and achievement of operational objectives. Responsibilities and Tasks • Track equipment maintenance budgets, operating costs, and spending trends. Drive cost reduction initiatives using AI-based cost modeling, predictive maintenance insights, and performance dashboards . • Monitor and drive Preventive Maintenance (PM) effectiveness, first-time success rates, MTTR, and spare part utilization. Ensure systematic problem solving through AI-assisted fault detection, RCA tracking, and engineering knowledge systems . • Track and review equipment constraints, OEE performance, throughput, and tool utilization with Process and Manufacturing teams. Leverage AI/ML-driven analytics to identify optimization opportunities and improve operational performance. • Establish, monitor, and review supplier performance metrics, service quality, response times, and cost effectiveness. Utilize data analytics and AI-based benchmarking tools to drive supplier accountability and continuous improvement. • Track employee performance, capability development, and organizational readiness. Promote adoption of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, automation platforms, data analytics solutions) to improve engineering productivity and decision-making effectiveness. • Monitor implementation and effectiveness of AI-enabled monitoring systems, digital dashboards, and smart alerting mechanisms to ensure proactive equipment health management and faster issue escalation. • Track EHSS compliance, risk indicators, corrective actions, and incident trends. Utilize digital and AI-enabled tools to improve compliance visibility, risk identification, and mitigation effectiveness. • Ensure and monitor good housekeeping practices, tool conditions, and material management through digital inspection systems and automated compliance tracking mechanisms . • Track and verify employee training completion, competency readiness, AI literacy, and effective utilization of AI-enabled engineering tools to support organizational capability growth.
