This Ticket Seller position will be part of a busy and dynamic working environment in the Moody Center. Responsible for ticket sales with a specialization in Ticketmaster Host & TM1 Sales and providing excellent customer service for our world-class events. Providing will-call service as needed. This role is supported by and works closely with the entire ticketing team. The position requires the ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays This role pays an hourly rate of $15.00 Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until December 4, 2026.

Accurately processes payments for tickets while following all proper Ticket Office selling and payment procedures Assist guests with ticketing issues Answer phone with prompt and courteous attitude as needed Demonstrates excellent customer service skills, responding professionally, promptly, and efficiently to customer service requests and needs Facilitate night of show Will Call Sells tickets in Ticketmaster Host and TM1 computer programs Process opening and closing sales reports Answers questions concerning events, tickets, schedules, and gives information concerning coming attractions Remain current with new software/product releases Perform all other duties as assigned by ticketing management team Frequent bending, lifting, sitting, exposure to multiple external elements, extensive
