Their main activities will be to direct, supervise, and coordinate all operational Quality activities in A220 VSM in their various business units. They will pull MFTs together to resolve issues in a timely manner, know the Quality, Operational and leadership processes and tools to be applied within their daily activities, and frequently make challenging decisions under pressure that impact the flow of Operations. They will manage, motivate, and develop the Quality team including lead Inspectors and other Quality team members, in addition to acting as a coach for the Quality Supervisor and other MFT support function members and leaders on 2nd shift. They will also ensure consistent clear communication between shifts to transfer activities and priorities seamlessly. They are responsible for ensuring that all Airbus Quality Standards are upheld and executed per the defined inspection systems, and in accordance with all POA relevant regulations.
