Job Description The Logistics Analyst analyzes, coordinating, and controlling import and export operations, customs processes, and shipments within the assigned region. You will ensure efficient movement of materials and products to customers while complying with Global Trade Compliance requirements, applicable regulations, and country-specific procedures. The role coordinates international transportation activities, resolves operational issues, and ensures customer and business requirements are met by working closely with internal teams, logistics partners, customs brokers, carriers, and other stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities: Coordinate import and export operations — plan and manage international transportation activities, including shipments, customs processes, import/export documentation, and delivery coordination, ensuring materials reach customers on time. Ensure trade compliance — implement logistics activities following Global Trade Compliance policies, customs requirements, import/export regulations, and country-specific procedures. Monitor shipments and logistics performance — track the movement and availability of materials, identify potential delays or operational issues, and coordinate appropriate actions to maintain service levels and delivery commitments. Support supply chain and inventory operations — coordinate activities related to inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, product shipments, and third-party warehousing. Analyze logistics data and requirements — provide data and operational analysis to support production planning, volume studies, logistics decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner across teams — serve as a liaison between sales, operations, supply chain, and logistics partners to coordinate requirements, resolve issues, and ensure alignment on customer and business needs. Drive process improvement — identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, transportation activities, and operational efficiency while supporting process improvement and qualification initiatives. The Essentials: Bachelor's degree Excellent English proficiency and fluency to communicate with people at all levels. The Preferred — You Might Also Have: 2+ years of experience in logistics or similar roles, with hands-on involvement in international transportation activities.
