About this role
The After-Sales Analyst works closely with the larger After-Sales Team to support dealerships in delivering excellent customer experience. The Analyst will work with a number of tools used in daily operations, including CDK, CDK Service, Online Appointment Schedulers (COSA, myKaarma, Xtime, FSR+), Customer Engagement Platform, Comm360, and RPR. In addition, the Analyst will be required to use Excel and other software to analyze data.
Job Responsibilities
Interact with all parts of the organization, from store personnel and leadership to assorted corporate departments (Operations, Marketing, IT, Data Analytics) Work with stores to support configuration changes to assorted tools Analyze store performance and prepare reports for management Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications Required: High school diploma required Knowledge of and experience in automotive service, primarily in the dealership space Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Basic knowledge of Excel with the ability to learn quickly Preferred Some knowledge of CDK and assorted After-Sales tools Experience in customer service/support, with an understanding of the importance of the “internal customer” 2–5 years of automotive experience Exciting Benefits and Perks Await You: Competitive compensation and 401k matching Enjoy a healthy work-life balance with insurance plans (health, dental, vision) and maternity benefits.
