The Ticket Seller is responsible for selling tickets to the general public while providing general information to patrons. This is a part-time position that requires the availability to work flexible hours during events, evenings, weekends, and some week days. This role pays an hourly rate of $14.00 Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until November 27, 2026.

The Liacouras Center is a 10,000-seat multi-purpose venue located on the campus of Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. The venue is a full-service sports and entertainment arena featuring Temple University Men's and Women's Basketball, along with a variety of concerts, family shows, meetings, banquets, and more. The largest indoor public assembly venue north of City Hall in Philadelphia at 340,000 sq. ft., formerly known as the Apollo of Temple, The Liacouras Center was renamed and dedicated to former Temple University President Peter J. Liacouras on February 13, 2000.

Selling tickets to the general public Assist patrons at the Box Office Will-Call window and resolve all issues/problems Create exceptional experience for all guests through a safe, clean, and friendly environment Answer questions regarding events, tickets and schedules Reconcile money received Balance monies at end of shift with supervisor Assist with the restocking of Box Office supplies Follow all operational policies and procedures for Box Office operations All other duties as assigned by supervisors

1-2 years prior experience cash handling and strong math aptitude High school diploma or a GED Demonstrated customer service skills with the aptitude to resolve conflicts Effective communication skills Must be computer proficient and have experience with Office equipment: copier, computer/keyboard, telephone, fax and printers Ability to work non-standard work hours with variable schedule, to include nights, weekends and holidays Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time Must be able to reach with hands and arms and use hands to reach and handle tickets, money, and receipts Ability to lift and/or move heavy objects
