Job Description
Department Overview: The Business Banking Platform is designed to deliver faster, simpler and better outcomes for our business customers, colleagues and stakeholders. The Credit & Sales Modernization (CSM) under the Business Banking Platform initiative is the evolution of Business Banking's credit and sales experience through: process optimization, platform modernization and automation & digital transformation. The program is a multi-year journey to better meet the needs of our colleagues and customers and to enhance the end-to-end credit and sales experience, enabling the Business Banking Strategy and accelerating Our Quest. The new integrated CRM and Credit platform, BBHub, intersects both credit and sales processes across all segments. Job Description/Accountabilities: Performs a broad range of activities as assigned to support Engineers and generally involve developing components of solutions with a focus on analytics, support, testing, and proof of concepts aligned to business and technology objectives. The primary accountabilities for this position are: Build scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components(LWC), Visualforce(legacy) and Salesforce API. Implement automation using Flows, Triggers and Platform events. Ensure solutions follow Salesforce platforms limits and governance. Work with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments. Ensure adherence to banking regulations and internal security standards. Protect customer financial data. Work with Senior Software Engineer, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects and QA Teams. Monitor and improve Apex performance, SOQL efficiency and Governor limit usage. Troubleshoot production issues. Other Qualifications/Skills/Experience: Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated builds and deployment practices Creative problem solver, ability to understand and develop Maintaining high security standards, Monitoring and debugging Familiarity with tools like GitHub, VisualStudio, JIRA, and Confluence. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential Excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented and complex environment/systems The chosen candidate will work in a high paced team on a high visibility project.
