Strategic Comp is a result-oriented, performance-driven commercial insurance business unit looking for a Technical Product Manager at our home office in Cincinnati, OH to support our underwriting applications. This role will partner with the enterprise product implementation teams to articulate our vision to help drive our division’s underwriting strategy.  We are a result-oriented, performance-driven commercial insurance business unit looking for a Technical Product Manager to support our underwriting-related applications. To support this, employees in this role are expected to be on-site four days a week, with the flexibility to work one day remotely. Core in‑office days are Tuesday–Thursday, with the fourth day determined by business needs. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Develops and maintains the product roadmap for our underwriting systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and prioritize underwriting system product requirements. Translates business needs into technical specifications and user stories. Defines and drives product strategy by aligning business objectives with long-term technical innovation, ensuring scalability and future-proofing product decisions. Provides ongoing production support by managing support intake, coordinating cross-functional resolution of incidents and defects, analyzing recurring issues and user feedback, driving corrective actions, and implementing process and product enhancements that improve reliability, reduce support volume, and increase underwriting efficiency. Maps workflows, identifies bottlenecks, and collaborates with stakeholders to optimize underwriting processes, incorporating AI solutions where appropriate. Documents and manages multiple projects concurrently, maintaining strong organization and clear visibility into progress and priorities. May evaluate emerging technologies, architecture decisions, and integration approaches to optimize performance, security, and system compatibility. Oversees the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch. Works with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements. May serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries. Communicates product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Advocates for the end-user by ensuring that products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet high standards of quality. Conducts usability testing and gathers user feedback to inform product decisions. Leverages technical knowledge to make informed decisions about product architecture, design, and implementation. Partners with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges. Tracks and analyzes product performance metrics, identifies areas for improvement,
