 The Lead Order Enablement Analyst plays a critical role in enabling accurate, compliant, and timely orders from Sales to Delivery by overseeing vendor execution, providing Tier 3 expertise, and driving continuous improvement across order enablement processes. This role will serve as the lead functional expert and strategic escalation owner, independently managing escalations end to end while setting resolution standards, driving cross-functional improvements to elevate organizational escalation practices. This role operates within a vendor-led delivery model and is accountable for vendor governance, quality assurance, training, and transformation . The Order Enablement Rep ensures vendors are enabled, compliant, and high‑performing, while resolving complex issues and improving the end‑to‑end order lifecycle. The Main Responsibilities 
 Tier 3 Support & Functional Expertise Provide Tier 3 support for complex, high-impact, or escalated order issues. Serve as the point of resolution for exceptions, non-standard scenarios, and policy interpretations. Identify root cause of recurring issues and define sustainable corrective actions with vendors and stakeholders. Lead resolutions of complex orders while proactively improving vendor performance, quality, and scalability. Proactively identify business needs and define solution strategies, leveraging analytical expertise to drive measurable improvements across the different business processes. Vendor Performance & Quality Management Own vendor quality oversight for order enablement activities. Design and execute quality audits to assess accuracy, completeness, compliance, and customer impact. Analyze defect trends and vendor performance data; partner with Vendor Management to drive SLA adherence and quality improvements. Validate vendor readiness and performance prior to new launches, changes, or volume shifts. Vendor Training & Enablement Lead end-to-end development and execution of internal training materials and enablement content as directed by leadership. Develop and maintain training materials and enablement content for vendor teams. Lead vendor onboarding, certification, and change-readiness efforts. Ensure vendors are fully enabled on: Process changes System updates Product and policy requirements Act as the functional “source of truth” for order enablement knowledge. Process Improvement & Transformation Lead and drive transformation and governance initiatives end to end, defining the strategy for scalable process improvement and partnering cross functionally to ensure success implementation. Identify opportunities to simplify order flows, reduce manual touchpoints, and improve cycle time. Support transformation initiatives including automation, AI enablement, and system migrations. Use quality and performance insights to proactively recommend improvements that reduce defects and increase scalability. Partner with Transformation and Technology teams to implement future-state order enablement models. Governance, Controls & Compliance Ensure vendor processes align with
