Make pick list (pull sheets) for delivery schedule Pull orders Load and unload trucks Process UPS and FedEx Separate and distribute shipping paperwork Sort and file inventory tickets and other shipping paperwork Process shipments other then finished goods Coordinate collect shipments General housekeeping Process expedited freight Deliver supplies and materials to departments Fill propane gas tanks Use document template to enter product shipping, date of shipment, total of shipment etc. to communicate with the quality group what is to be shipped out Make sure that the quality paperwork is with the shipment if required TP&E load center template prepaid shipments Stay in contact with the offsite warehouse when something is shipping from there and make sure that the warehouse has all the needed paperwork Use the Radius system to enter production, run delivery schedule, process shipping paperwork, receive incoming materials and supplies, breakdown pallets in the system as required, enter carrier pro / tracking numbers, enter locations of rack, row, bin of finished goods and corrugated usage Additional hours as needed to cover vacation and absences
