Job Responsibilities
Support senior research analysts by conducting due diligence on private credit investment opportunities across primaries, co-investments, and secondaries. Evaluate creditworthiness, risk factors, and return potential to support investment decisions. Develop and maintain quantitative tools to monitor and manage existing fund investments, track performance, and identify potential risks. Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders. Develop and maintain analytical and visualization tools for performance review and tracking. Prepare and respond to RFPs to raise capital from institutional clients and partner with internal teams to develop proposals aligned to client needs and investment strategies. Monitor global market trends, economic conditions, and industry developments and provide insights and recommendations across private credit strategies. Collaborate with global colleagues to share insights, partner on projects, and contribute to overall success. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in credit analysis, investment banking, or asset management within private credit or fund of funds. Demonstrated ability to interpret complex financial data and market information. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders across regions. Proficiency in Python and experience with data engineering and analytics libraries. Strong SQL skills and database operations. Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills Master’s degree or relevant coursework in Financial Engineering or Quantitative Risk. Professional certification (e.g., CFA) or progress towards CFA. Familiarity with visualization and dashboarding tools such as Streamlit, Tableau, or Qlik.
