Standard Job Description

Our Dynamic Components Integrated Product Team plays a crucial role in optimizing manufacturing efficiency, ensuring we meet the demands of today while preparing for the innovations of tomorrow.   THE WORK Analyzes and designs sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts; and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may manage training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations. Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems. On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods. May assist facilities engineers in the planning and design of facilities.

 Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 5 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation), particularly with Production Operations and Program Offices Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize assignments Experience in applications of learning curves and capacity/manpower planning Desired Skills 
 Aircraft Production, Maintenance, Modification, Repair and/or Overhaul Experience Knowledge Work Measurements and Time Standards, Productivity and Performance management, Capacity Analysis, Cost Analysis and Estimating. Greenbelt Certified -experience leading process improvement activities Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), an understanding of Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI) Experience with Excel Macros, Structured Query Language (SQL), Tableau, Alteryx Experience with Systems, Applications and Products (SAP) Interview Questions
