Eaton’s IT team is currently seeking an Infrastructure Manager II to join the team. This position will be based at Dallas, TX or Minden, LA with travel to other local sites as needed. This role is hybrid and located in our Dallas, TX site. No relocation assistance will be provided. The expected annual salary range for this role is $130000 - $190000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. What you’ll do: The primary function of the Infrastructure Manager is to manage overall operational excellence of the IT Zone support team. They will manage and coordinate escalations across various global product teams, accountable for Zone related escalations, and lead global improvement initiatives. They are responsible for supporting team allocations to sites, provide insight on capital spending and expenses to sites, provide budget, forecast and ensure actual spending. In this role you will: Lead IT operations and service delivery across multiple sites and geographic regions, leveraging ServiceNow to manage services and IT assets, ensuring compliance with SOX, ITAR, and other regulatory requirements, and overseeing disaster recovery, audits, security reviews, and operational support. Drive business performance, strategic initiatives, and digital transformation by managing budgets, forecasts, and financial targets; leading infrastructure, Cyber, M&A, and expansion-site projects; and advancing operational excellence through Lean, Agile, continuous improvement, and emerging technologies. P artner with business, engineering, and technology stakeholders to align IT strategy with organizational objectives, serve as the Voice of the Customer, strengthen business relationships, integrate OT and IT systems, conduct risk assessments, and deliver secure, scalable infrastructure and network solutions. Develop people, capabilities, and organizational effectiveness by leading and mentoring teams, driving customer-focused service improvements, delivering global training initiatives, staying current with industry trends, providing on-call support as needed, and performing additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Seven (7) years of relevant IT Leadership experience. This position requires use of information or access to hardware which may be subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
